Equifax charges are conveniently billed through your Tasmanian Collection Service account.
Authority
You must be a credit provider with the appropriate authority to obtain information on your customer. If you are not sure if you meet these requirements, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

Requesting a copy of my Credit file
Tasmanian Collection Service no longer holds Credit files. TCS, as a mercantile agent, may hold information on you which may include debts lodged for collection and insolvency information. You can view our privacy policy for further information on how we handle your personal information. Under the Australian privacy principles, you may view this information. We have provided a page with further information on obtaining your Personal Information Record.
